New yoga community.
Posted by Claire   •   Wednesday, 2011-June-29
Hello Everyone, Tony and myself are on the search for a new home and somewhere we can create facilities for a yoga studio and community to benefit all our students. A permanent base that we can all use for our yoga practice. It will be in the dorking, guildford, horsham and surrounding areas so please keep your ears and eyes out. Namaste Claire

Hello Everyone, The last post was about looking forward to going on the Z factor retreat in Switzerland. Well it was Fantastic! I met so many fabulous people, learnt so much from Joseph Mccledon 3rd. He is world renowned for his coaching top athletes and business leaders. He is fanatical about health and vitality and is so knowledgable. Plus he asked me to demonstrate flexibilty on stage to over 100 people in the audience. It was totally unexpected for me but it was amazing. Truly a dream come true. I can't wait to share all the learnings with you.

Pressure and Stress!
Posted by Claire   •   Wednesday, 2011-May-18
Pressure and stress. Many people come to yoga to help them de stress and be more calm and peaceful. Yes our yoga practice helps us to focus on being present. This can come much easier in a yoga class than when we are going about our daily activities. The yoga practice doesn't just take place in the yoga class. It is our ability to remain calm, peaceful and present in all other circumstances. The more often we attend class though and practice at home the easier it becomes to stay peaceful and present when we are going about our other activities. Remember stress leads to distress which leads to disease. By practicing yoga regularly we can be more calm and peaceful in our hearts and minds, then the body is at ease and free from illness.

The benefits of a yoga retreat!
Posted by Claire   •   Wednesday, 2011-May-11
A yoga retreat is a total immersion into your yoga practice. One is able to focus on deepening their practice in a quiet, supportive, wholesome environment. Observing the 10 students i have just taken to Bulgaria on retreat i have observed many changes in their practice. Many breakthroughs made physically, emotionally and spiritually. When we got back most said they have been able to take their learings and put them into pracice in their daily lives. Namaste Claire x
Gratitude Diary!
Posted by Claire   •   Wednesday, 2011-April-13
Do you use a gratitude diary? I would highly recommend it. I fill mine in every night with everything that has happened during the day that i feel grateful for. This may include observing a beautiful magnolia tree in bloom in my garden or spending time with loved ones or fellow yogi's. It makes me feel abundant everyday. What we take the time to thank the universe for we get sent more of and so does the rest of the world. Try it for yourself and let me know how you get on. Namaste Claire x
