This allows us to be blissful in our natural state.
Simply Being Yoga is based upon the Iyengar and Karuna traditions. The truth of Iyengar yoga is built upon the correct alignment of each posture, which brings our whole body and being into alignment. Karuna yoga adds the philosophical side to our yoga practice.
Simply Being Yoga spends as much time throughout the practice focusing on the other limbs of yoga which include pranyama (breathing techniques), meditation (quieting of the mind) and relaxation techniques alongside the asanas (postures) All of this allows us to flow through life and allows life to flow through us, bringing us into the present moment where the joy of life resides. |
